Pur Total Fitness is a sister company of Pur Climbing, where owners Matthew and Rupa Hulet started teaching yoga, climbing coaching, personal training, and providing meal plan guidance to their community. Realizing this was what they were meant to do, they established Pur Total Fitness to help you achieve your goals. We can proudly say we are now offering our community a boutique yoga studio, climbing coaching, personal or small group training, and customized meal plan guidance.
Together Matt and Rupa have 30+ years of rock climbing experience, and have both competed at the regional and national level. They share a love of climbing, staying fit, living a healthy lifestyle, and sharing their passions with their community.
Rupa is a certified ISSA personal trainer, and a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance. She specializes in Vinyasa and Yoga Sculpt. She also rock climbs and competes in body building competitions where she has won and has placed top five multiple times.
Matt is also a certified ISSA Personal Trainer, certified USA Climbing Coach (USAC), as well as a national level course setter. With 20 years of coaching and climbing, he has tremendous experience with youth climbing teams, national level athletes, adaptive athletes. In the Personal Training space, he trains athletes and non-athletes based on individual fitness goals.
